Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return any Gerard Anthony items for whatever reason, you may do so within 28 days of receipt. Unless they are faulty, goods must be returned in perfect condition (unworn and undamaged), in their original packaging with tags/tickets attached.
Returns are at the customer’s expense however you can return your items to our Gerard Anthony store FREE of charge. Please send your items securely, Gerard Anthony cannot be held liable for courier charges or lost parcels. We recommend you obtain proof of postage and a ‘sign for’ service.
We do have a reduced rate for Northern Ireland-based customers via DPD, see below for instructions and costings.
All returns will be refunded to your credit card used in the initial purchase Gerard Anthony cannot be held liable for lost parcels in transit. If your returned parcel is lost, please contact the carrier you used.
This gives you a step-by-step guide on how to return items to us for a refund or exchange. Please ensure this form is completed and sent back with your returns.
If you wish to exchange the same garment for a different size or exchange the garment for a different product, please fill out the exchange section on the returns form. If any additional payment is required, our customer service team will follow up with a phone call.
Please note that there are no returns on altered garments.
Timings: Returns will be processed within 1-2 working days of receipt. We will let you know your return has been processed via the email address or phone number you provided at the time of ordering.
