Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Gerard Anthony Menswear, we aim to make delivery as straightforward and reliable as possible. We deliver throughout Ireland and to a range of international destinations.
1. Shipping Rates
Our current delivery rates are:

Shipping charges and any applicable free-delivery offer will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery destination and order value.
2. Free Click & Collect

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection. Please wait until you receive confirmation before travelling to collect your order.
3. Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, generally within 1–2 working days of receiving your order.
Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or particularly busy periods may take slightly longer to process.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier or postal service used.
As a general guide:
Ireland: approximately 1–4 working days after dispatch.
UK & Europe: approximately 3–7 working days after dispatch.
International: approximately 5–14 working days after dispatch.
These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. International deliveries may occasionally take longer due to customs clearance or delays outside our control.
5. International Orders, Customs & Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our delivery charge.
Gerard Anthony Menswear has no control over charges imposed by local customs authorities.
6. Gift Cards
Gerard Anthony gift cards are physical gift cards for use in-store only at Gerard Anthony Menswear, Carrick-on-Shannon.
There is no delivery charge on gift card purchases. Physical gift cards will be posted to the delivery address provided with your order.
If you require a gift card immediately and cannot wait for the physical card to arrive, please contact us after placing your order. We can provide an email confirmation of the gift voucher purchased, including the value and relevant gift card number, to the email address used when placing the order.
Please note that Gerard Anthony gift cards are for in-store redemption only and cannot currently be redeemed online.
7. Tracking
Tracking information will be provided where available.
If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your order, please contact our team and we will be happy to assist.
8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery information entered at checkout is correct.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to amend the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Additional delivery charges may apply where an order needs to be resent due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.
9. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Deliveries
If your order is significantly delayed, appears to have been lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the relevant delivery provider to investigate and resolve the issue.
Please retain all packaging and take photographs if your parcel or its contents arrive damaged.
